process is completed. No person has authority to make representations other than those in this writing. Any representations made in connection with the sale of this product or process that differs from the terms of this warranty are not valid and should be brought to the attention of NDT immediately.

What Does this Limited Warranty Cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for a solid structure, during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, NDT will repair or replace, grout or seal that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. 

• Discoloring or fading.

• Cracking or peeling.

What will we do to correct the Problems?

NDT will either repair or replace the product at no charge.

What do I have to do?

To obtain warranty services, you must contact NDT at 770.609.0581 to determine the problem and provide images for our review. We will schedule the warranty work on our first availability or up to 30 days from first contact.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

Conditions, malfunctions or damages not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. (Including, but not limited to excessive movement or structural problems).

Tubs and Modular Showers can move excessively if not installed correctly or supported underneath. 

Improper cleaning products or methods can cause complications or excess wear.

DIY fixes will result in further removal work and damages.  

Customer misuse including negligence, physical, or chemical abuse.

Previous installation defects.  

There are no warranties extended beyond description.

All warranty claims must be reported immediately. Failure to report any warranty claim within 1-week of defect discovery will void this warranty.

Using bar soap or natural products.

Our minimum service fee will be charged in the result any of the above are noted.

Proper Aftercare 

Contact NDT immediately for discoloring or fading seal, cracked or peeling grout or tiles and for any questionable areas. Otherwise continuous use will result in further damages and will not be covered under warranty. 

Use only approved products and methods.

Sponge or cloth using approved cleaning products every 2 - 3 weeks.

Showers can be rinsed, wiped, squeeged and/or dried, for a daily clean if necessary. (Not required to keep warranty)

Liquid shower soap(non oil)

Floors should be vacuumed regularly, then mopped or sponged using approved cleaning products.

Improper Aftercare 

Acid, bleach or degreaser cleaners. 

Oil based detergents or sealants. 

Steel wool, scouring pads or scrub brushes.

Steam cleaning or pressure washing.

Using bar soap.

Approved Cleaners

Cleaners that are safe for natural stone.

Zep Antibacterial and Dissafactant.

1 year Guarantee

There is a 1 year guarantee on all work regardless of cleaning methods, movement or substrates.

Some areas or issues below will only carry a 1 year warranty.

• Outside work

• Clear sealer applications

Showers with weak or improper installations below will not be approved for our 5-year warranty,

These issues cause more strain, wear and tear on your tile/grout surfaces.

• Efflorescence repairs

• leaking or dripping water

• Shower floor not sloped or traps water

• Using bar soap

• Leaks and Leaking Showers

During the Warranty Period, NDT will repair or replace, grout or seal that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship.

New Tile Installs

There is a 1 year guarantee on all work regardless of selected tile, designs or cleaning methods.

We do suggest certain applications for easy problem free installs (epoxy grout upgrade required for all water areas), needed to carry a 5 year warranty.

If you decide to choose below options over practicality you might have difficult maintenance later

that we would not maintain for free, although we are here to help.

• Sheet or indicate, small tile. 

• Some natural stone.

• All marble tile.

• Tiled ledges or tops.

• Using bar soap.

• Harsh Cleaners or cleaning products

• Neglecting cracks or holes.
