Solution

If a shower pan is installed correctly: Water that passes through cracks or gaps should stop at the waterproofing membrane underneath the tile. If not water will pass through the concrete and collect on the rubber pan and  through the weep holes. We will help with design or layouts and provide contacts to our subs(who you pay directly with no markup). We can arrange subs for countertops, plumbing and drywall as needed, we do not have a recommended electrician or painter.
